Creative Disturbance – A Design History

Creative Disturbance is an international multilingual podcast platform. It was founded in 2014 by members of the ArtSciLab. The platform started published at the precipice of the podcast boom, a period that saw a podcasts go from a niche content type to a mainstream form of publishing.

Creative Disturbance’s content was designed to invite those with specialized interests together. Yvan Tina’s channel “Meta Life”, for example, published conversations with experts on topics like Biotechnology, Synthetic Biology, Artificial Life and the Arts. His channel attracted those in the bio-art world, among others.

Soon after launching in 2014, the site had all features for version 1 launched by 2015. Click the link below to view the site from 2015.

And after the redesign, launched in 2018, the site took on a new look and improved usability.
